Step into a world of Christmas magic at Stoughton Grange Farm Park, where Santa himself is waiting to welcome you to his cosy, twinkling grotto! Gather 'round for heartwarming tales from the jolly man in red, and don’t forget to join Mrs. Claus or one of Santa’s merry Elves for a jolly sing-along!

Every child will receive a special gift from Santa’s delightful collection, with the chance to pick out their very own treasure. Your visit to Santa’s Grotto will last up to 30 magical minutes, shared with other families in a group session that only adds to the festive fun.

But the joy doesn’t end there! Your ticket includes full access to the farm park, so you can explore and play before or after your visit with Santa.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) for the entire duration of their visit to Stoughton Grange Farm Park, including the Santa At The Farm experience

How long does the visit last?

Your visit to the grotto will last approx 30 minutes, with ample time to take photos with Santa at the end.

When is the Grotto open?

Every, Saturday and Sunday in December plus Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th.

Can I bring a push chair?

We ask that pushchairs are left in the allocated undercover area at the Grotto entrance, any valuable items are left at your own risk. You will be able to collect your pushchair at the exit to the Grotto.

I cannot make the time I have booked can I exchange it?

Where possible we will exchange tickets for an alternative date or time up to 72 hours prior to your booking time depending on ticket availability. No refunds or time extensions will be made for late arrivals or non-arrivals. If you would like to request an exchange within the above timescales, please email hello@stoughtongrangefarmpark.co.uk quoting your booking reference and surname.

Can I take photographs?

Yes! We will allow ample time to take photos with Santa at the end of the experience. You are welcome to take images throughout however we ask that they are only of your children and family.

Are all tickets the same price?

Tickets are £15 each for child over 2 years of age and £5 each for adults and infants. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Do I have to pay for my child aged under 24 months?

Yes, they will be given the opportunity to get those precious photos with Santa and a gift to take home.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Tickets do not need to be printed and can be shown on a mobile device.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?

For the best experience, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website to avoid any potential disappointment. Same-day purchases will only be available based on availability.

Where is the Grotto located?

Please follow signs to the Grotto from the Farm Shop. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your booked time.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or unable to attend?

Due to the limited number of tickets, no refunds will be given. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your original entry time and we will try to reallocate you to a more suitable time and date depending on availability.

What presents are included in the ticket price?

Every child will be able to choose from a selection of gifts. These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Why does Santa not give the gift?

We want to create the best experience possible for the children, and part of this includes the gift from Santa. We believe it is better for children to choose their own gift to extend their grotto experience.

Can I bring my dog?

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, including our live farm animals, we ask that dogs not be brought to Santa at the Farm. As these are group sessions, the presence of dogs can be disruptive and may pose a safety risk around our animals. Thank you for your understanding!

Are there toilet facilities nearby?

There are toilet facilities available in the farm park. We recommend using them before arriving at the Grotto as they are located approximately 5 minutes away from the Grotto as this could impact on your Grotto experience.

Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the duration of the event.
Gifts are only suitable for the age as stated due to small parts. Please select a gift that is appropriate for your child’s age.
Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – we're sorry, there are currently no more tickets available for that time.

The management reserves the right to refuse Ticket holder’s admission to the Grotto in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety.
