Your visit to the grotto will last approx 30 minutes, with ample time to take photos with Santa at the end. 

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in December

We ask that pushchairs are left in the allocated undercover area at the Grotto entrance, any valuable items are left at your own risk. You will be able to collect your pushchair at the exit to the Grotto.

Where possible we will exchange tickets for an alternative date or time up to 72 hours prior to your booking time depending on ticket availability. No refunds or time extensions will be made for late arrivals or non-arrivals. If you would like to request an exchange within the above timescales, please email hello@stoughtongrangefarmpark.co.uk quoting your booking reference and surname.

Yes! We will allow ample time to take photos with Santa at the end of the experience. You are welcome to take images throughout however we ask that they are only of your children and family.

Tickets are £15 each for children and £5 each for adults. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Siblings under 24 months can enjoy the grotto free of charge with their brother or sister if they sit on an adult lap. Please note, however, that as no ticket has been issued they will NOT be entitled to receive a gift from Santa.

If your child is aged under 24 months and does not want a present from Santa, they can enjoy the grotto free of charge as long as they sit on an Adult lap. All Adults must have a valid ticket.

Tickets do not need to be printed, please provide the booking name on arrival. 

For the best experience, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website to avoid any potential disappointment. Same-day purchases will only be available based on availability.

Please follow signs to the Grotto from the Farm Shop. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your booked time. 

No refunds will be given. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your original entry time and we will try to reallocate you to a more suitable time and date depending on availability.

Every child will be able to choose from a selection of wrapped gifts. All are labelled with an appropriate age range. This is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We want to create the best experience possible for the children, and part of this includes the gift from Santa. We believe it is better for children to choose their own gift to extend their grotto experience. 

There are toilet facilities available in the farm park. We recommend using them before arriving at the Grotto as they are located approximately 5 minutes away from the Grotto as this could impact on your Grotto experience.
